When booking, simply select your preferred date and time. You’ll have the opportunity to share the nature of your case so we can prepare the session to best meet your needs.
Mediation Terms & Policies
Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid 7 days before the scheduled mediation.
- Attorneys (or unrepresented parties) are responsible for timely payment.
- The mediator may refuse to begin the session if fees are not paid in an acceptable form.
- All parties represented by the same attorney are considered a single “party” for purposes of the mediation fee. Parties with similar or related interests are considered separate parties if they have separate counsel.
Additional Time Fee
- If additional time, above the scheduled time, is required on the day of mediation to reach a final agreement, each party will be charged a fee of $250.00 per hour for the additional time.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- No fee for changes made 48+ hours before the scheduled time.
- If canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, each party pays the 2-hour mediation fee.
- If not mutually canceled, the responsible party/parties must pay a $800 cancellation fee.
